Roberto knew exactly what was wrong with my washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. If I have a problem again I definitely want him for my service guy. I will have Dan Marc for now on do all my appliance repairs. I am very happy with your company.

I did not like what he did he did not attempt to fix the machine at all he said that is the way the machine is & that is not true okay
