Horrible experience! Sent 1 person to work on a stackable the first time even though they had the parts that were preordered by your company. The technician told me he had the parts but needed 2 people because it's a stackable. Then when someone came for the return appointment again, there was only 1 person Raphael. He said he didn't have any parts. No idea why he was there. I told him that this was the second time I had to stay home from work for this repair and I was very dissatisfied. He ran some useless Test and left. He came back 10 minutes later and said that that 2 other people would show up in 10 minutes to do the repair. Over an hour later 2 people finally showed up. So no I had only bad experiences with DAN MARC.
