Very pleasant and very good service

Terrible service I’m going to lodge a complaint to corporate my refrigerator is still broken and they claim it’s not! They r rude argumentative with no people skills I’m sure whirlpool respects their customers I texted the office this am and the employee called to argue! disgraceful

Praying my refrigerator works right now after 4 visits Michael was very pleasant

the technician was polite and courteous

Next day appointment, on time and clearly explained the issue, how long parts will take.
