DanMarc appliance came to service my washer on 6/20 and identified an issue with my control panel and wiring harness. They returned on 6/23 to replace the items. Technician says machine was good to go. Ran a cycle after he left and machine failed. Called twice on say day and was assured tech would call back. Called again at 7pm and got voicemail. It’s now 5 days later no one has called to follow up and the company is so disconnected they actually send me an invitation to leave them a review. My advice find a more reputable appliance repair company. Purchased washer through Costco so they’re reaching out to Whirlpool to address.

Repair man disconnected my dryer hose while repairing my Dryer when I called your company for him to come back to connect it they told me they don’t do that get a plumber not very happy with your company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
