Vincent was excellent. I give him 5 stars. My only issue is that when I initially called to set the appointment to replace the ice maker Dean told me my fridge was too old to have the proper replacement part. After I pushed him he acknowledged that the part was available but he wouldn’t tell me the part cost or labor cost. I asked to speak with a manager and he eventually gave me the cost of the part but wouldn’t tell me an approximate labor cost. Not even an hourly rate.
