He was an excellent repairman, very knowledgeable. The service was very good. He repaired know clogged drain problem. but then the ice maker started to leak, the icemaker valve was replaced. But the ice maker itself was broken. We have paid for the repair 3 times. We decided not to use the ice maker; and not to recommend the Whirpool brand to any of our friends.

technician Keith was through, very knowledgeable, clearly explained process, provided tips, very tidy, neat , protected surfaces & cleaned up. He is very pleasant & respectful of customer's household & personality. All in all he is a gem of a technician. I hope you acknowledge his work ethics.
