Service technician was extremely polite and professional, unfortunately, he was not able to address the issue we are experiencing with our appliance Solution was to contact the township to see if there’s any iron in the water, and once we’re done, using the appliance to unload the silverware and not let it sit. Issue is that after using the appliance I was so where comes out with rust spots and Hass to be re-washed by hand
