2 men took apart brand new dryer door so that it could close properly when changing direction of door. In between the 2 windows, dirt is now see able. Cabinet also was scraped where door was removed.
Dennis called but did not come out. I asked him why are you coming out if 2 delivery men showed!

I have found this company to be difficult to work with. They do not have the proper information in their files. They make errors on the dates and times they are due to arrive. I wish that the appliance company had other options to use. I would not recommend.
