I thought Roberto did a terrific job! He was professional, efficient and fast. He got my washer working, after I had been inconvenienced and waited over a month and a half for parts and appointments. A customer shouldn’t have to wait so long for parts, then have wait another week for an appointment. You should be more accommodating.
