The repairman was on time very gracious and helpful and actually figured out what caused the problem called in for me to get a replacement handle which I’m still waiting for, but it’s only been four days and left me with a very good feeling. I hope it all works out. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more than the way that it went so I think the service was excellent. Thanks so much.
