We are very disappointed with the outcome of Jason’s visit. Our main concern was to have him observe how the washing machine fails to properly agitate a full load with the programmed deep water level. Unfortunately, that was not addressed. We are requesting a second opinion, as it is crucial for the technician to note that the machine is not agitating the load properly. Clothes on the top remain unwashed, while only those at the bottom get cleaned. Jason did not follow the appropriate testing method. He filled the machine to the maximum deep water level without any clothing, then later instructed me to add only a blanket and push it into the water by hand. This does not accurately reflect how the machine operates during normal use. We are extremely disappointed with the machine’s performance and the lack of proper assessment during the visit.

Roberto was prompt , courteous and informative . He gave me advice on my dryer . He was a gentleman.

Knowledge and promptness appreciated. Found screws on the floor after repair and they already left. Question the billing method on line as there is no breakdown….parts , labor , taxes. Went on line and asked for a breakdown, no response. And curious if someone will be concerned with my questions ?
