It was initially hard to reach someone on the phone. The dolor that needed to be replaced on my microwave came in and was wrong. Waited 2 + more weeks. When it came in and was replaced the technician left the damaged door and packaging for me to dispose. He asked “Where do you want me to leave this?” in a surly way. He should have taken it and disposed of it. That was wrong. I was left with a heavy door and packaging to find a way to dispose.
