Customer service is terrible. The first repairman, Trevor, made snide comments when we asked questions. For example, when we asked to repeat the charges, he said that he told us them already. When we asked him to be more polite, he just left saying he could’t work in “this atmosphere.” He hadn’t even looked at the appliance yet. I was stupified. I had never heard of a repairman walking out before. We immediately called Dan Marc to report Trevor’s behavior. We spoke with Lou. He said he would talk to Trevor’s manager and then asked for $139 for the service call even though Trevor did nothing. Worse, he said that he wouldn’t send someone else out until we paid the service charge. I didn’t pay a service charge before the first visit, but now, when your employee walked out on us without even looking at our refrigerator, we had to pay the service charge in advance for someone else to come. Lou was treating us like deadbeats who don’t pay their bills instead of like valued customers. We paid the service charge and the 2nd repairman did a professional job in repairing the refrigerator. But Trevor and Lou treated us so poorly that I doubt that we will be using Dan Marc again.
