Our refrigerator was on its last legs. Ken of DanMarc, along with his associate, were terrific. Prior to performing the work, Ken thoroughly inspected the appliance and outlined a course of action. He estimated the cost of the work and assured us the parts were readily available within a week or so. On the day of the job, they called to alert us that they were on their way which was consistent with the estimated time range. They set up the kitchen for the work to insure the surrounding area was protected. They were very efficient throughout the job. Ken communicated to me what they found when they opened up the appliance and on the progress of the work. The work took approximately 2 hours + and afterwards the kitchen was put back in its original condition. As Ken explained, when the appliance was opened up and fully inspected, the scope of work actually turned out to be slightly less than estimated. Ken and his associate were extremely knowledgeable, very patient in responding to my questions and comments and proficient in their work. Our built-in refrigerator is working like new.
