Maintenance people who do the actual repairs are always super nice and knowledgeable, but the customer service center people who answer the phones are always rude and helpless. They don’t do anything at all to help narrow down arrival times.. I.e. it’s very simple to tell a customer whether they are the first or last stop in the time slot. The time slots are longer than any other service company I have ever worked with, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Homer was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to service washing machine quickly and you exactly where to look and diagnose the issue.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, He told me how to try and troubleshoot the problem. I hope it works. I would have liked to look behind the appliance, but was told it was not connected to the issue.
