Elmer was very helpful and tried to find the issue. Unfortunately the leak did not present itself again. I was glad that I had taken pictures of my issue because there was not a drop of water leaking from anywhere. Elmer was understanding and continuously checked to see if the leak was tiny. That gave me confidence that he cared.

Gerry our technician was courteous & immediately assessed the problem regarding our oven. He was able to replace the igniter & I was thrilled to be able to use my oven that night. Really appreciated quick response to my issue & everyone I spoke to was so helpful!
