Dan Marc was useless. I have a defective Maytag Washer and dryer and they were in and out saying it worked when it clearly has a stabilizer issue in the washer and only one cycle dryers a load of laundry in the dryer. There are no supervisors to turn to fir assistance and they scheduled an appointment without my approval. Zero stars should be an option on this survey.

The technician was on time and very polite

The work that I was expecting to be completed on the day of my appointment did not happen. It was not explained to me before the appointment that a part for the dryer had to be ordered. It would have been more considerate if there was more clarity and not having a service person come to my home not knowing anything about the missing part. Although I understand for the delay, it just would have been more professional and more caring to inform the customer. Thank you.
