Dropped one star due to three reasons:
1. One of three parts ordered was the wrong size which took the contractor over 20 minutes to realize. Had to use old part in order to complete the job.
2. Contractor struggled to perform the service without assistance from homeowner.
3. Always good to wear shoe covers.
