Technitian was very good

The repairmen were very good. No complaints about them. I am upset with the fact that my refrigerator still does not close tight. The gasket was replaced by the first repairman. The second repairman finagled the door so you didn’t see the light come through the top. We thought the job was complete. After he left the light was still shining through the side. The bottom 2 shelves of the door were half empty. You can’t blame it on weight. What can be done to fix the problem? It’s ridiculous that the door doesn’t close tight even with the new gasket.

Appreciate the effort of fixing washer. But we did not receive calls from technicians 40 minutes ahead. Luckily tenants were there to open the door for him.
