The technician had to come back 3 times!
The 1st time he declared there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. The second time he was upset because I could not explain clearly what was wrong with the dishwasher other than telling him it was often stopping during the cycle.
Finally he accepted that something was wrong and looked inside the dishwasher and found the the pump and the motor had to be replaced. Finally the third time he replaced both damaged parts told me that I had to clean the filter when I attempted to ask him what he meant exactly he just repeated what he said and did not show me anything!
I must add that all the people I dealt with on the phone were always very professional.

The oven needed a new starter for the gas to ignite. The repairman arrived within the timeslot assigned, repaired the unit in about half an hour. He was professional and courteous. The process was efficient. However, the bill was $570 which includes travel time and expenses. It seemed expensive when a new range could be purchased for a little more than that.
