Rafael did a great job in repairing our ice maker. After replacing the damage valve and ice maker, he waited to make sure the replacement was working. Somehow the system was off and would take 24 hours to cycle through. On his way to another job he found out he could fast track the cycle. He came back and was able to speed up the cycle. This worked and so the job completed. He could have called me and instructed me on how to speed up the cycle but he did not. He came back to complete the process! Thanks Rafael!
