The repair person we have had was excellent. However; We have had numerous repairs on my refrigerator., 2 of which were the same problem, 1 month apart. When we signed up for the Warranty, we were told if the same problem persists , we would get a new replacement refrigerator.
We have had 3 plus service calls on the same refrigerator and no replacement.
We had to discard food each time and wait a week for new parts each time and miss work each time.
We are not happy with the produc and we’re misl d about the warranty.

Any information you received about a potential replacement refrigerator if the same problem persisted would have come from the warranty company directly.
