I got charged twice for 300$ and the guy didnt even repair a single thing.

We're sorry you were not satisfied with the service.   However, after reviewing the history, we were out to the home in July and gave you an estimate, which you paid the service fee of $137.95 + tax.  That is only valid for 90 days.  We then went back out  and rediagnosed the product 3 days later, ordered the part, after making cetain nothing else had failed in the interum.  We came out on 11/1 to repair and it was declined, and again charged the $137.95 + tax.  We never charged $300 at any time
