Tim came to our house on time and we received a notice when he was 5 minutes away. He made the necessary repair and explained what was done in a way that we were able to understand. We will continue to use him in the future and we will recommend him to others. Extremely professional.

The surface tech informed me that the issue was not covered under the limited warranty. However, upon further research, it appears that the issue is covered.

Everything went well with the freezer. The only issue was when my refrigerator was moved out my floor was scratched and my paint on my wall was chipped off.
