Tim was fantastic. He immediately diagnosed our dryer’s issue. His diagnosis confirmed our suspicions. He put ZERO pressure on us to do what would be most profitable to him or his company. Plus, DanMarc was recommended to us by Oberg and Lindquist, a company that we trust. I would strongly recommend them instead of just picking someone out of the yellow pages.

This is Tim’s second visit to fix the same thing, replace the tube heater, in the refrigerator’s ice machine. The first visit was a year ago. His service was quick, professional and very nice overall. However, fingers crossed and hoping that the tube heater in the ice machine does not break or stop working again any time soon.

We had to wait for a part to be ordered. Turns out The gas line just needed to be tightened. Why wasn’t that checked in the first place?
