Tommy is the best and we don't want our fridge to malfunction but I know if it does we have a great repairman like him nearby!!

Tim was amazing. Very persistent to fix the machine and also empathetic to our frustrations. After testing a few loads it seems Tim fixed the machine and we are grateful. We appreciate all of the follow through and prompt scheduling from Dan Marc each time another part arrived. It is wonderful to have access to live people scheduling etc and loved your reminder messages. You guys run a great company! Maytag on the contrary should be ashamed of themselves; they are an embarrassment and I am NOT done with them yet!

Our experience was very good. Very easy to get an appointment. Freezer needed a part. They came back quickly to make the repair, and while trying to work was very sweet to our crazy fur babies
