I am very happy with the service I received. Our repair technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Brett arrived on time as promised. He provided detailed explanations on the correct use of our washer, as well as helpful advice on its maintenance.

Michael during the first service call quickly assessed the problem and the service part that needed to be placed. When he came back a week later, his installation was equally efficient. Also Michael was vey neat and cleaned up any debris and lint. Michael was an excellent service technician.

Very professional and respectful. Answered my questions regarding the problem with appliance. What I thought was a problem wasn’t at all. He figured out what was “wrong” and quickly made the right adjustments.

Service was great. Part shipped quickly and I was able to get an appointment within a week. It would have been 5-star if the technician took the old part and packaging with him when he left and disposed of it for me.
