Tim was very helpful in leveling my new side by side fridg. However the problem cannot be entirely fixed because my floor is not level, also the Whirlpool product only has fronymt adjustable legs, NONE IN THE BACK. Therein lies the problem. I never had this prob before wirh previous refrigerators. As I said before, Tim tried everything possible & was so very patient. He gets an A from me.

Very nice service person and they did and excellent job replacing the gasket on my washer rebalancing it also addressed some minor problems with my dryer. Both are running great now!!
