Im so happy with the service

Mr. Jim the tech, came to service my washing machine twice. The first time was access the problem of the machine, the second to put in the new parts. On both occasions Mr. Jim was extremely polite, knowledgeable of the appliance and informative on how to maintain the machine to achieve better performance. Repairman was great to work with

The tech was friendly and tried his best. When he left the dishwasher wasn’t working the same as before he was here. I called for them to come back and I have to wait 2 days and was given a very inconvytime. They can’t accommodate requests
