Delightful Tommy was prompt, capable and willing to explain everything

After waiting a week, the repairman came in and said he had to order a part which took a week to get. Then he came in and replaced the part, but when we did a wash later the machine is still broken. I called and now we are waiting three days for another repairman to come. If he needs to order another part it will take at least a week for him to return. At that point we will be without a machine for almost a month. We are a family of 5 and we have to go to the laundromat or wash our clothes in a relatives house. We also have to ask someone to come sit in our house while the repairman works because we work. This is whole experience is unexceptable. I would not recommend your repair shop to anyone.
