Excellent repairmen, kind and efficient

He wasn't listening to anything I was saying was going wrong with the senses in the machine. I showed him videos with said it was rinsing when it was doing something else and explained to him it frequently said it was doing something different than it was saying. I told him the cold wash shrunk a pair of shorts that had been washed over the years many times so clearly had not used cold wash. He took none of this into account. He said that the machine would tell him what was wrong? Well, that would not be true. If the machine senses were completely off as they seem to be, he didn't put any of this in the report. He was calm and polite.

This man knew nothing about the machine - from asking where the lint filter was to not knowing how to use the keypad. He then spent about 3 mins running the machine and decided there wasn’t an issue and left. Absolute incompetence of the highest order
