Marc did a great job determining the problem to be fixed and suggested the correct repair. I would be happy to work with this company in the future.

The service man who came was very professional on time, explained to me what the problem was corrected it. It was very courteous.

After the second repair visit to install a part, our kitchen filled with gas odor. We had to call Con Ed, air out the place, relocate our cat. ConEd determined that the repair service had damaged the seal on the gas line and that the repair person had left the middle burner on unlit, so it was pouring gas into our home. Fortunately, Con Ed was able to resolve the problem, especially since DanMarc was unable to get a repair person back out that day or the next morning. Not a good experience.

Office was prompt in answering calls and scheduling. James, my technician was honest, thoughtful and clearly knew what he was doing.
