These are very responsive people. Prompt appointment for the service call and arrival within the arranged time. Service tech was knowledgeable and very professional.

Michael the technician was courteous, quick and competent. The service was great, dryer fixed in half an hour. The only complaint is that the call center rep at Whirlpool who booked the appointment (not an employee of DanMarc) was mistaken in telling me that the $135 service call fee would be applied to the actual service; in fact it was added to the parts and labor total.

brett gets 5 ⭐️ dan mark and kitchen aid do not work together-kitchen aid booked a repair date -when i did not get a estimate on arrival time i called dan mark and told i didn’t have appointment! kitchen aid and dan mark need to work together-i should have been notified that the date was not possible by dan mark -kitchen aid and dan mark need to get a better system in place
