Jose, from Dan Marc Appliance, came out to service my Whirlpool washing machine. He explained everything and gave me a wonderful tutorial on how best to use the machine (the Manual that is included with the Washer is poorly written. It does not explain basic questions or reference solutions to basic problems. I called Whirlpool customer service and they could not answer it either. It was customer service who then said she was placing a service order to send someone out.) Jose arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will not hesitate to call for service again when needed. I know I am in good hands with Dan Marc Appliance service. Thank you again, Jose!
