My machine is not working at all it ran for half a load of laundry and stopped and will not turn on. It’s dead now. I am very upset by this.

Technician was great but I have issues. When booking appt we discussed issue(blower not working). On phone we talked about possible issues. We discussed vent as possible problem. Technician looks at issue. Says it’s vent and said we don’t do that. $150 and out the door. You never said on phone that you would not help with that. Again I feel that you should have told me that in advance. I think I got screwed.
