I thought the company was very unreasonable. They came to check my washing machine and dryer. They repaired the dryer for which I had no problem paying. But with the washing machine, the diagnostic test took 30 seconds (pushing some buttons on the front of the machine) and they charged me an additional $149 for that. I could understand if they’d come just for that, of course, there is driving time and inconvenience, which should be factored in. But they were already here for the dryer for which they got paid. The washing machine diagnostic took less than an additional minute and they would not budge on the $149 fee. That turns out to be over $1000 an hour for the repair tech's time.
