I was super impressed that the only tools Jose bought into my house were in his pockets, and he had exactly what he needed to fix my washer. I’m sure it took him longer to drive to my house than it did for him to fix it. He saw the problem, diagnosed it immediately and corrected it instantaneously. The way he talked about the machine and showed me things that I did not see, he is a complete 100% professional who knows the ins and outs of his business. A truly great addition to your team.

Jose was very knowledgeable and helped me to get stream and water to come out of the dryer.

The tech arrived and did not announce himself but decided to just walk in the back where the washer was located. Upon telling the tech that our issue is that washer is not draining enough and leaving the clothes wet, he still looked for a leak. We actually would need someone to come out again.

My service person arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied overall.
