The service technician was very arrogant. He didn’t run any diagnostics. He just said that he cannot override previous technician’s findings. Then what was the point of his visit? Also, he didn’t have booties so I offered him booties. When exiting the house, he didn’t take booties with him. He gave it in my hand to dispose. So unprofessional!
