I was surprised at the bill. When I called, they told me there would be a fee for service and that that would be applied towards the overall cost. When the technician finished and presented the bill, I was charged a service fee and $80 labor fee. I think the entire experience took 15 minutes from the time he walked in until the time he left. Excessive billing in my view.
