The experience was great. Communication was excellent - I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my repair (2 visits were required, as was an order for parts). My technician, Michael, was friendly and professional, and answered all the questions I had. And, perhaps most important, my oven is once again working.

Mike explained what was going on with my refrigerator & made the necessary adjustments. He answered all my questions and took the time to vacuum the refrigerator coils for me. I was very happy with the service from Dan Marc from start to finish.
