Timely courteous and informative repair appointment!

Eric, the repair man, was very professional. I’m dissatisfied with the company policy. Eric came to fix my washer. He said it was fixed. I put a load in after he left and the machine was NOT working. I called DanMarc less than an hour after he left and asked them to send him back and they told me the ticket was closed and I needed to go through my extended warranty provider to schedule another service. I now have to wait another week to have someone come again. That’s another week without having a working washing machine.
