This is the 2nd time that Stoyan has serviced our appliances. And let us say- he has been very professional, courteous and respectful. His is quiet knowledgeable of the products. And his ability to patiently communicate and explain to us the process made life so much smoother-especially since it’s during COVID 19. Just a friendly suggestion-we would strongly recommend that Dan Marc follows through with each serviceman to assure their qualification and ability to deliver the same level of excellent customer service/satisfaction as Stoyan has done consistently!
