Elmer…. After you left yesterday, my washing machine was still not working! It stops running in the middle of cycles. And I keep getting error codes: LF & HC. Your office, as well as Amer Home Warranty will not send you, or another repairman back today or tomorrow as I requested & desperately need! My husb is very ill and I need to sterilize all his items including his clothes, bedding etc., so this is extremely important to us! You have made 3 service calls to me for this machine. At first, I waited 2 weeks for parts, & then you were here yesterday and the day before… & now I have to wait another week before you can return to fix the problem! I don’t understand why, after all this, your company can’t have you, or your assistant, return right away to resolve this issue, on an emergency basis…even after hours. I asked your office to have you call or text me @ 973.896.6635 but never heard back. American Home Warranty said they prefer to have your company complete the job since you started it, and if they need to get someone else here sooner, I would have to pay another service charge! I already paid them a service fee of $150 to have u come, in addition to the yearly contract fee. I am very frustrated over this situation & need repair urgently. You can call me at the # above.
