Our three-year-old refrigerator was diagnosed as having a broken compressor. The repairman replaced a different part and said it would be fully functional in 24 hours. The refrigerator never cooled. Dan Marc didn’t expedite our next appointment for the repairman to return, so we have to wait for him to come back, order the correct parts, wait again for the parts to come in, and then wait for another repair appointment. It is a hardship not having a working refrigerator. I called the company the day their repairman left our house and was promised a return call by a supervisor. Still waiting for that call. Would definitely not recommend.

The diagnostic visit was efficient and the broken part was identified & ordered. The follow up was a few days later and only took a few minutes. The installation went smoothly with the friendly & knowledgeable serviceman .

Elmer was very knowledgeable, polite, & thorough. He completed the repair on first visit !!
