My dishwasher was not working. They came right on, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, ordered the part needed immediately, and came back to install it. The dishwasher is working properly again. I was kept up to date with appointment times and order status. Service was quick and efficient and Phillipe was very friendly. I would rate their service as excellent.
