While agent was very friendly, the final report and visit did NOT resolve the issue I have that the washer is NOT working properly. He simply stated the issue was because the hot water was turned off. The issue of the washer is that it does not follow through an entire cycle and sometimes works for 10+ hours and not washing clothes well.
