Keith was personable. He had to put all his effort into solving the problem with my washing machine and he did. I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone

Parts were never ordered after svc call. After 2 weeks of not hearing from DanMarc, I called and was told they had no record of my svc call. They had the tech call me and I had to remind him of everything that he was supposed to repair. The job got done, but it took much longer than it should have. Not sure what the problem was with the job order, but the tech was nice and polite.
