We were connected with DanMark through our JennAir. Our frig needed service. So TBH we had zero confidence, zero experience and zero expectation (hey it’s 2022 and the whole world seems to be giving less than stellar service). What we got was 100% communication, 110% service and 150% satisfaction. Email communications as to what to expect, phone calls as to time frames and who will be at our door and when. And then came Jesse. Friendly and personable, with confidence to get the job done. He hit every mark and then some. Just what we needed around the holidays. Exceeded expectations and now DanMark is a part of our Rolodex for who ya gonna call!
