Honest evaluation; unfortunately the problem was a major one and too expensive to repair. I am disappointed in the decline in quality and dependability of Whirlpool washing machine. Had to wait over a week for service call.

Tech was great changed the part but he said the turn off valve for the ice machine when I turned. It off was still on I turned off the main line it was still on he replaced it but the line was still frozen in the ice maker wants me to turn off the refrigerator for 2 days then turn it back on that will be hard as it’s full I’ll try or I dont know what to do ty
