Felipe (the tech) was great. He explained whst he was doing, when asked. He seemed knowledgeable as well. He was able to provide options to me for decisions I could make on reoair versus replace. What struck me however, was the steep cost of services. There is a fee just to show up and then there us a labor fee. If there are more thsn one appliance (being serviced at the same time/visit) the ‘show-ip’ fee is still there (but reduced slightly) Dan Marc or Jenn air need to be reasonable- i ended up paying over $300 to change the light bulb ( granted it was not straight forward) but also spent another $100+ showup fee for the other appliance whoch did not have a labor activity The ‘showip’ fee shoukd be eliminated or reduced substantially when customer goes ahead snd oays the kabor and parts.

DanMarc has one of the best and professional team. They always arrive on time and do the job in the best possible manner. They educate too. It’s always been a smooth process to have them.

The technician was thorough in determining the exact nature of the problem, extremely meticulous in his process of going through the repairs. Patiently explained the problem and the solution and how he would go about fixing it. Very pleased with the service provided.
