Roberto was on time even a few minutes early. He got right to work and asked me what I as happening with the dryer. He then went to work diagnosing the problem. He determined it to be the heat sensor after checking the igniter was good. I was asking lots of questions as he worked to learn and he was very happy to tell me what he was doing. Roberto was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

Roberto has had to come out twice to attend to my washer. First time he said it was too much soap. So we listened and have been following his instructions, with no better results. His second visit, he used baking soda, vinegar and olive oil to “clean the machine”. We have done loads of laundry and the issue remains. We have scheduled a third visit because whirlpool won’t do anything about the machine besides send you all out. This time, a note has been left to call the tech team from whirlpool upon arrival to see if there’s more than can be done. It was noted after the second visit that we’re still using too much soap on the receipt, which is false. We’ve been using line one of the cap or less for every load. So not sure why Roberto would say that we’re still using too much soap. Using less soap and more water has not fixed the issue. And I’m afraid everytime a diagnostic test will be run, it will just say nothing is wrong with the machine, even though for 3 months straight our clothes have not once been cleaned properly.
