The most unprofessional business I ever had to deal with. Still waiting for the general manager to call me back. I was told nothing was wrong with my washing machine. As soon as he left the same thing happened. I called the technician back and he told me he couldn’t come back. They expect customers to keep their entire day open. I would never recommend this company. Save your money and call PSEG

Although Dennis has been here 3 times he was unable to fix the problem. He was Soto call the engineer line when he couldn’t fix the problem so he had to come again. Now I need a repair man again because customer service told me he didn’t complete the items the engineer told him to do. I requested a senior technician
