The repair never called to say when he was coming just showed up I told him the controls didn’t work the machine spun for almost 3 hours on the spin cycle till we came home I had to pull the plug to get it to stop when lid was open the inside of washer was burning hot could have cought on fire the repair man said it wasn’t draining probably need to raise it up I asked him to order the control he refused if it was the drain why didn’t the machine do that from the beginning we would like a new machine because after it got so hot we are worried about the other parts

As soon as he left the same thing happened. I called the technician back and he told me he couldn’t come back. They expect customers to keep their entire day open.
