Dan Marc did not resolve my refrigerator issue. I am still having a problem.
We are sorry that you don't feel you were given satisfactory service. We followed every procedure that the mfg offeed, even sharing the video with their tech support and in their opinion, and our techs, the noises were that of normal operation.
