Both technicians were polite, neat and punctual. They took apart and fixed my microwave in an organized way and cleaned up everything after the finished. They checked it afterwards and offered to order an additional part to ensure the appliance works properly.

Jason was nice and polite. However, I needed a part and usually people order the parts for you. He gave me the information and told me to call and order it. I don’t think that I should’ve had to order it. He was here five minutes the most.

Good morning.  We are responding to your concerns from your servie visit by our tech.  The tech is giving your the information required so you can order the part and have it sent to you.  We can not order cosmetic parts, unless you would like to pay for them, as the Mfg does not cover them after 30 days.  However, they are ususally pretty accomodating to the consumer when they contact them and plead their case.  No guaranetees, but I 100% know they won't allow us to just order them and give them to you and expect to have them credit us back, because it falls out of our guidelines.
