After several attempts from the previous service technician from PC Richards who was unable to get the new ice maker working…Rafael came in, diagnosed the situation quickly, had the valve ordered, came back and got the ice maker working…in the future I would like Rafael to check out any appliance issues that may come up. Excellent experience when someone knows what they’re doing.

The gentleman was rude and cocky. He expressed disgust that the fire department came for a faulty ignition switch in the middle of night when I have babies in the house. He also expressed that we were sold a stove without insolation that’s why it’s hot to the touch and unsafe.
