Hello my name is Sarahi keith. He was my mechanic to fix my washer he was wonderful he explained everything to me.he took the time and explained everything to me. He cleaned up everything and this machine never had instructions of how to work with it.

Disappointed with my washing machine, but great experience with DanMarc. The rep was on time, reached out on his way, very polite and professional, he explained the issues and took the time to make the right fix even after the original part was defective. I would definitely recommend.
